Feel informed, supported, and heard through every season
Birth Doula Care for Families in Mid-Coast and Southern Maine.
You’re growing a whole human, and everyone seems to have an opinion on your journey. Between appointments that end sooner than expected and well-intended but generic advice, it’s easy to tune out your own voice. But you already know birth is so much more than a physical checklist. You deserve to feel ready in your bones and fully equipped to trust yourself when the moment arrives.
Hi, I’m Ashley
I believe welcoming a baby is about so much more than one day on the calendar. Your due season is the whole becoming, the preparing, waiting, growing, surrendering, and eventually finding your way into parenthood.
My role is to bring calm, thoughtful support to that season so you can feel informed, cared for, and connected to your own voice through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Because while birth can’t always be planned, you deserve to move through it knowing you have someone steady in your corner.
love notes from families
“Having Ashley as my doula was everything I hoped for. She sat with me in our prenatal visits and we learned and laughed together. I felt way more prepared going into labor and Ashley helped me move through the motions of labor.”
~ Family in Brockton, MA
“Within 5 minutes of our first call, I knew Ashley was the one. She just listened, let me vent, ask a million questions, and never made me feel rushed. Finding a WOC doula who genuinely got where I was coming from was huge for me and she was everything I needed and more.”
~ Family in Lewiston, ME
“When my VBAC ended up going in a direction I didn’t expect Ashley never left my side. Every time doubt crept in she was right there keeping me grounded. She even helped me process everything after the fact. Truly could not have done it without her.”
~ Family in Roslindale, MA
I’d love to hear where you are in your journey.
Maybe you already know you want a doula, or maybe you’re still figuring out what kind of support would actually feel good to you. Either way, you don’t need to have it all mapped out before reaching out. Tell me what you’re hoping for, what you’re nervous about, and what you want this season to feel like.
Let’s start with a conversation and see if Due Season feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for.
