  • I provide in-person birth and postpartum support to families throughout Southern and Mid-Coast Maine, including Portland, Brunswick, Bath, Topsham, Freeport, Lewiston, and surrounding communities. If you are located slightly outside these areas, feel free to reach out to discuss travel availability.

  • It is never too early to connect! Many families choose to secure their doula during their first or second trimester to maximize our prenatal time together. However, if you are further along in your pregnancy, please don't hesitate to reach out to check my current calendar availability.

  • Yes. I believe compassionate, high-touch support should be accessible. We can discuss breaking your package total into manageable installments. If my standard package rates are outside your financial reach, I also partner with local organizations to offer sliding-scale pathways.

  • Absolutely! I support all birthing environments, working collaboratively with your midwife or OB-GYN to keep you centered and supported throughout your labor.
